PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN TANZANIA NEED THE PRESIDENT OF THIS KIND FOR INCLUSIVE NATION IN 2015

SIX UNFOLD QUALITIES OF THE PRESIDENT TO COME IN TANZANIA IN 2015

President is the person who is trusted and given the authorities mutually by all people with different abilities and personalities; he/she is thus belongs to all people. This president may have much impact (negatively or positively) to the lives of people within his/her country.

The president has much authorities, influences, last says, his/her preferences and priorities and many other things in decision making. These attributes of the president may contribute to benefit or marginalize people with disabilities and the majority in general.

The expected president, to me, his/her religion, tribe, culture, and many other related factors are nothing  rather than to naturally and automated consideration of human rights. The rights of people with disabilities are human rights.

One
The president must consider disability and people with disabilities as a lovely diversity which is to be embraced positively.

Two
The president must be sharp and profitably twistable when the situations need to be so. We need him/her to have ability to make meanings within the chaos. This will enable people with disabilities to benefit much during the disastrous periods of their counts.

Three
We need the president who is consistent, the one who says and acts according to his/her words spoken before the mass.

Four
The president who will have real positive thoughts and deeds to people with disabilities. His/her state of being positively towards challenged people will influence other citizens to reveal the truth about disability and people with disabilities.

Five
The president to come must appreciate the potentials of people with disabilities, and keep in mind that, disability is not necessarily being inability.

Six
The president must recognize that communication is the basic and vantage point through which come to actualize the meaning of life. Thus, in Tanzania, there is a need to initiate the subjects from elementary levels across the university ones. The subjects must fundamentally carter the needs of all people, including people with disabilities. The subjects must be labeled relevantly to their form and content.

The major trigger behind these six unfold realities about our president to come is that; the quality of human life depends on the decision made upon individuals by other people. If the decisions are decided poorly, negatively and irrelevantly, also the life of an individual will be poor, negative, and irrelevant (meaningless).

Contextually, the life state for people with disabilities in Tanzania is much affected by the political, economical and social affair decisions that were previously made upon them discriminatively by authorities. The time is coming shortly, yes, it is at hand, definitely just now; we, all have to think inclusively, act inclusively and build the inclusive nation in which every individual will feel belonging to and the owner of his/her country.
