Dedication to People with Disabilities

The Power of Excellence to Engulf Adversity
Disabilities challenge much in doing the hard things in life; not because they are easy but because they are hard. More will be required of you than the average person. This may not seem fair but it is the assignment in life you have been given. Many of you possess the abilities and talents to exceed and accomplish well beyond your limitations. Learn from those who have traveled this road before you.
You will learn many things along the way. At the end of the day, you will find that it is more about the journey of self discovery than about your disabilities. There will be naysayers, people who think your dreams are impossible considering your disabilities. Keep on going, and you will real find yourself on the track.
The key content for you here is to find something you really love to do and become good at it. The feeling of accomplishment greatly contributes to self confidence and self worth. Discover your talents and perfect them. Your abilities and talents will drive you forward in life. You all cannot sing like Stevie Wonder, design great tech products like Steve Jobs or lead a nation in its finest hour like Franklin Delano Roosevelt. However, people with disabilities posses the courage and determination to accomplish many things and mount beyond mediocrity.
The journey may be long and difficult at times but you will get there, one step at a time!
Isaiah 40:31 “But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint”.

Be encouraged, Move Forwardè è è
